    will the iomega Buz for windows work with Adobe premier?

    Errrr,

    Yes, and No.

    All being well Premier should recognise
    the Buz card- but I've had problems with
    the sound sync and play back of files
    produced by it. Part of which may be down
    to my rather tempremental PC, aside from
    that I still think its a bit dodgey.
    Stick with the Pinnacle cards' cos they
    just seem to work with any setup and
    produce more consistent results.

    Even tho I retired my Iomega Buz card, I was able to run it with Premiere 5.1 right before my Pinnacle Studio DC10plus(much better). When I capture from VideoWave and imported it into Premiere, Premiere ran extremely slow trying to read the file. I'm sure it MIGHT have something to do with my PC but DC10plus is perfect on the same PC. While Buz was my first capturing card, it was the best in that time for how it was. Move on and go with something else.
